CLASSES

We designed all of your nooma CLASSES with different intentions in movement, but all were designed with one intention in mind, the Soul. Nooma’s mission has been and will always be to bring you back to yourself. This is your noomaLIFE. 

 

noomaHOTYOGA

noomaHOTYOGA Reduce stress and decompress with this 60 minute yoga class meant to bring awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow an intelligent progression that moves from basic to complex. This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. Postures may be held for longer periods of time, and will flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind. Classes range from Beginner to Advanced.

Your Beginner’s Hot Yoga class is experienced by candlelight in our infrared heated studio warmed from 84-88 Degrees. Classes are great for Beginner or Advanced.


noomaTHECLASS

noomaTHECLASS is a 60-75 minute yoga class that is part yin, part vinyasa, and part H.I.T.T. You will challenge your body and engage your mind through flowing movements. These movements allow your breath to change as you flow. This class is designed to then take you to a place of stillness to become aware, to notice how it feels to stop for a moment and to be able to hear the voice within you.

Classes are written for Intermediate to Advanced practice. Beginner’s are welcome to attend and are welcome to take breaks when needed.

noomaLEANSCULPT

noomaLEANSCULPT. When hand weights meet yoga, LEANSCULPT is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You'll combine free weights with cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. You will then stretch those muscles out to help build long lean muscles.

Classes are written for Intermediate to Advanced practice. Beginner’s are welcome to attend and are welcome to take breaks when needed.

noomaHOTPOWER

noomaHOTPOWER Yes, HOT POWER does describe your activity level during this intense class, but it is so much more. Asanas or Yoga Poses are carefully sequenced to help connect your Mind and Body as you move to the beat of the music. Each class is written and practiced for 6 weeks to help discover the power within. Signatures of HOT POWER are your Release and Reconnection. If you don’t know what that involves, ask a noomaLIFER. They would love to invite you in.

noomaHOTMIX

noomaHOTMIX this Upbeat, High Vibe class will be sure to put a smile on your face. Expect to dance a little and sweat a lot. You will use light hand and ankle weights as you move through class. Each intentional move will work the accessory muscles, train your heart rate and engage your powerhouse to connect your Mind and Body. If you are looking for a fun class with your friends that offers low impact with an amazing workout, then MIX is for you. Weights are an option and never a requirement!

Enjoy this class in our infrared heated studio warmed to 99-102 Degrees. Check your nooma LOCATIONS for a non-heated MIX class! This class is experienced with upbeat, engulfing music (We recommend singing along!). Ear plugs are available at the front desk. Classes are written for Intermediate to Advanced practice. If you are new to MIX, we recommend trying your first few classes without arm or ankle weights.

noomaYIN

noomaYIN is a yoga class that focuses on the connective tissues of the body through postures that are held in stillness and mindful awareness for several minutes at a time. Enjoy this deep stretching combined with infrared heat to help you relax at the end of the day. Yin Yoga addresses tightness and toxin buildup in the joints and connective tissue through poses that are equally challenging for the mind and body. All yogi levels are invited to find stillness and surrender on your mat.

Enjoy this class in our infrared heated studio warmed to 85-95 Degrees. This class is experienced by candlelight with gentle music. Inhale. Exhale. Melt.


noomaHOTBARRE

noomaHOTBARRE is a low-impact, full body ballet-based strength workout that incorporates isometric movements. Expect a nice stretch after each strength exercise that will help create long, lean muscles without bulk. Yes your muscles will shake and you will get stronger. You will leave this class feeling proud.

Ear plugs are available at the front desk. Classes are written for Intermediate to Advanced practice. If you are new to Barre classes, we recommend lowering your releve’ and talking with your Leader prior to class. We would love to share a few helpful tips before your practice begins!

noomaGENTLEFLOW

noomaGENTLEFLOW, this soothing and slow-paced practice focuses on moving into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful.  Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great.  This class is great for both beginners and experienced yoginis/yogis. You will leave this class feeling relaxed and renewed.

noomaFLOW

noomaFLOW & LET GO, is a warmly heated, Vinyasa style yoga class combines the best of all worlds, giving you some time to move and some time to relax. We will pair breath with movement by slowly building heat and incorporating sun salutations and flowing movements while strengthening the limbs and core. We will end the class with deep stretching and a guided visualization/meditation practice. You'll leave the class feeling like you did the work AND you will feel deeply relaxed.

noomaAERIALYOGA

Aerial Yoga uses silk aerial hammocks to aid your yoga practice. It fuses basic to advanced yoga poses with aerial hammocks to allow for a full body stretch that increases flexibility by linking flowing movement and power postures using an aerial hammock. Great for all levels of Beginner's to Advanced. This class is great for relaxation and laughs with friends! Modifications and advanced cues will be given. Each class will feature a peak pose. Your nooma leader will be happy to take a picture of you in your pose at the end of class. We also offer private parties for birthdays, bachelorette parties and private events!

noomaBREATHE

noomaBREATHE & HEAL, this is a trauma sensitive yoga class lead by an RYT-200, trauma-sensitive trained, instructor.  This is a slow moving yoga flow class targeted toward teaching survivors of physical and/or emotional trauma and/or anyone who desires to reconnect to their breath, body, and mind in a calm, safe environment. The goal of this class is not to dredge up old memories or intentionally pull-out emotions, but rather to reconnect the student to the wisdom of the body. Through slower, focused movement and heightened sensory awareness, the participant gains tools for self regulation, increases the mind body communication system, and rebalances the nervous system so that healing can occur. Trauma-informed yoga creates a non-judgmental environment where the student has an opportunity to safely explore movement, breath work, and mindfulness meditation at his/her own pace. The student will be given a variety of choices and will be in control of what he/she is doing at all times. He/she will not be expected to interact with other participants. The instructor will not provide any hands-on adjustments, only verbal assists as needed. This practice is accessible to all groups, regardless of physical limitations, as a variety of props, such as chairs, bolsters, blocks and blankets will be utilized as needed.

noomaSACREDSUNDAY

noomaSACREDSUNDAY Sunday- the day of rest and worship. Meet yourself on your mat with this special yoga class designed for sacred self-nourishment. You will enjoy a sweet, devotional practice that honors the physical body as well as the spirit, and connects breath with gentle movement.

All experience levels are welcome. This class is experienced in our cooled, non-heated studio.


noomaPRIVATE

noomaPRIVATE:

We offer private one on one practices for those who would like to learn more about any of the classes in an one on one setting. This is also open to small group practices as well.  Call the studio at 501.492.984 or email us at living@noomalife.com to book your session.

noomaNUTRITION

At noomaNUTRITION, we view food as fuel for a sound Body and a sound Mind. We will educate, motivate, and guide you with healthy eating practices that can help you restore balance to your overall health and well-being. Included in your Monthly Membership and Class Passes. Private Sessions are Available.

All noomaNUTRITION classes are led by a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Dietetics, Robyn Pitera, MS, RD, LD. Private Sessions can be held in-person at our local studios or through our online platform. Please contact your local nooma to help book a Private Session!
